CSP NEWS

10/02/08 - We are ONE THIRD SOLD OUT!!!  A very successful season indeed!! We currently have 6 Park Cabins on site with 2 more to arrive within the next few weeks.  Although yellow seems to be the most popular of the available colors, the next two will be lavendar and blue.  Beginning this month, we will be open for sales by appointment only.

08/03/08 - Another lot under contract!!!  Only 23 of the 35 lots still available.  Open House planned for Sunday, August 10  1pm - 6pm

07/30/08 - 2 More lots under contract!!!  Things are cookin' now!!

07/11/08 - We have taken delivery of our second model Park Cabin (photos coming soon) and have sold a total of 9 lots with another under contract. We held an open house July 4th weekend and expect several sales as a result.  The playground has been established with a boat shaped climbing structure  and we've installed a regulation basketball goal.  Happy Summer Everyone!!!

05/18/08 - We have been busy making final improvements for our first 8 buyers.  We closed on the sale of 7 lots in April and 1 so far in May.  We will be hosting a pier for the Memorial Weekend Poker Run sponsored by the High Rock Shaggers.  We will be posting photos of our model soon!!

04/21/08 - Our sales model has arrived and has been placed in its permanent location on Lot KK.  We are currently working to block, level, skirt it, and install landscaping at which time we will schedule another Open House.  Stay tuned...

03/31/08 - For the open house, we had on display, a sample Park Model cabin.  The REAL sales model should arrive Wednesday or Thursday of this week.  We currently have 13 lots reserved, 8 are under contract.  Stay tuned...

03/12/08 - The Public Offering Statement (POS) is now complete and will be available on this website soon.  If you have already reserved a lot, please check your email for a copy of the POS.

03/11/08 - The Open House originally scheduled for 3/22 has been postponed until Saturday, March 29, 2008.  The change is due to the fact that our sales model Park Cabin will not arrive until 3/24/08.  Stay tuned for more details...

03/08/2008 - The condominium papers were filed with the register of deeds yesterday so we can begin taking contracts sometime next week.  If you've already reserved a lot, you will be contacted first.  We are planning a "pre-sales" meeting with all those who have reserved where we will review and explain the public offering and you can make your final decisions. 

03/01/2008 - We have confirmed that BB&T will offer financing on the lots.  Although details, such as rate and term, are not complete at this time, we will provide a contact name and phone number early next week.

A portable toilet has been placed just outside the bath house while the bath house is closed for renovation.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  Also, re-construction of the bulkhead behind the vacant sites KK - HH (1-4) begins this weekend.  The remainder of the bulkhead will be reconstructed as soon as all vacating leaseholders remove their property (deadline March 15).  If we need to move your property for construction purposes, we will contact and coordinate with you before doing so.

NOTE - THE GATE IS CURRENTLY OPEN FROM DAWN TO DARK TO ALLOW CURRENT LEASEHOLDERS THE ABILITY TO REMOVE THEIR PROPERTY AT THEIR CONVENIENCE.  HOWEVER, SOME THINGS HAVE BEEN REPORTED MISSING SO IF YOU ARE STAYING, PLEASE REMOVE OR LOCK UP ANYTHING OF VALUE TO AVOID THIS POSSIBILITY.

02/21/2008 - A total of six (6) sites have been reserved by current leaseholders.  Another open house will be held this Saturday (2/22) from 10am - 2pm exclusively for High Rock River Rats, the High Rock Shag Club and associates of Golden WEB Properties, LLC.  We have been told that one of the local banks is VERY interested in developing a loan program specifically for Coral Sands.  We should know more by the weekend.
